Unipersonale, is a small company that operates in product and system certification sector in the medical field, in particular in TESTING activities. It was born with the primary goal of obtaining the maximum satisfaction of the sector customers. Also goind beyind their expectations.<\/p>\n<p>In order to keep this goal alive, MEQUIPE concentrates all its attentions on HUMAN RESOURCES, that represent the most valuable asset, above environements and infrastructures, above the provision of tools and state-of-the-art equipment, above an efficient communication channel and the support of strategic partners.<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-118 size-medium alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mequipe.it\/wpem\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Mequipegoal-300x180.png\" alt=\"qualit\u00e0\" width=\"300\" height=\"180\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We have different ambitious goals to pursue, among them:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The preservation of accreditation<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mequipe.it\/en\/who-we-are\/iso-iec-17025-accreditation\/\">ISO\/IEC 17025<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>The design and realization TRACE LAB, the Operational Management SW;<\/li>\n<li>The reinterpretation of the web site and the marketing documents, post accreditation;<\/li>\n<li>The enhacement of the area dedicated to the customer&#8217;s designers in order to adapt immediately any discrepancy found by our technicians on the products concerned;<\/li>\n<li>Access to foreign markets, by the means of MEQUIPE secondary offices;<\/li>\n<li>The increase in wages for the colleagues who have concretely demonstrate and continue to concretely demonstrate that they are always present, especially in times of trouble and of great need.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Achievable goals (slowly) only if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We will continue to work in a humble and professional way, with love, for our own sake, for our family&#8217;s sake and for the community, which plays an important role in the kind of service we offer;<\/li>\n<li>We will continue our \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mequipe.it\/en\/who-we-are\/our-team\/\">TEAMWORK<\/a>\u201d, to help our colleagues who need help, to definitely erase from our vocabulary the word &#8220;ME&#8221; to the advantage of \u201cUS\u201d;<\/li>\n<li>We will highlight that \u201cTHANKS\u201d and \u201cSORRY\u201d are sacred words;<\/li>\n<li>We will learn from our mistakes, property included;<\/li>\n<li>We will remember that impartiality and confidentiality are part of our DNA;<\/li>\n<li>We will identify serious partners for researching and obtaining tax benefits and easy finance funds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As can be noted, &#8220;how\u201d we want to pursue our increasingly ambitious goals, is linked to human resources.
